For a competent, practical, knowledgeable, trustworthy and "get the job done" real estate agent, I recommend Diane Litchen without reservation.    My husband and I did not purchase our home until almost two years after having employed Diane. We viewed and considered the relative merits of at least 100 properties. Diane always gave sensible advice, in what is invariably a streesful time for a couple -- buying a home in the always-challenging Toronto real estate market.
